Welcoming staff and the ambience of the treatment centre is very relaxing Looks like a hotel than a hospital

Suggested improvements
Just the car parking could be better Dad is 89 years old and he struggled walking from the car park to the centre Also in the past it has taken a while finding a parking space causing us to be late for the appointment

Dr [name removed] was amazing and wish more drs would be as he is, he is what the NHS is missing.

Always good here, better than main hospital, staff helpful and friendly Parking ok could be better Very clean and modern facilities

The queue for the car park was terrible then had a delay getting to see the consultant

Car parking is horrendous and getting sent to wrong hospital to start with, as changed hospitals and forgot to send reminds out by text message. I got mine when I sat waiting for appointment 4 pm and text message was 4.45 due to it running late

Queuing to get into car park was bad was waiting almost 45 minutes and almost missed my appointment despite me leaving home early
